"Sandbag Fillers, An Khe, Vietnam" is an image from the personal collection of Mark J Stevens taken while serving in the First Cavary Division in the Central Highlands of Vietnam in 1967. Vietnamese women were hired by the U S Army to fill sandbags at the "sandbag point" a centralized location in Camp Radcliffe. These sandbags were then used for protective bunkers throughout the camp.
