To order on line, click the "Add to Cart" area and a new page will come up where you can indicate the number of puzzles you wish to order. Either continue shopping or go to "Checkout" . After you have completed the checking out process, please send a email with any instructions and include the image by an attachment to: custompuzzle@metrocast.net . In the body of your email, please include your name, address, and order number so that we may match your image to your order.

To submit image by mail, please identify with your name, address, and order number and send to Piece Time Puzzles LLC, 746 First NH Turnpike, Northwood, NH 03261. For best results, please submit images that measure at least 3.5" X 5".
*All images under the protection of copyright laws, including photos taken by professional photographers must be accompanied by a release signed by copyright owner. To download a blank release please click here and mail completed release with image. Your photograph or artwork will be returned inside puzzle box. **After we receive the image, it usually takes about 7-10 business days to be shipped. During the holiday season we experience increase order volume. For orders received after Dec 10th, please contact us for shipping dates.
